USER INTERVIEW
participants : 30 or more / Age : 24-38 / Recruited from : Network Base
The participants were those who experienced luxury consumption online. Most of them were women in their 20s and 30s, and they showed interest in luxury goods. And It was conducted mainly for office workers who consume luxury goods.
And there were quite a few people who want to for self-promotion.
Some of the questions I asked in interviews and surveys were:
How many times have you bought luxury items online?
How often do you buy luxury goods online?
Why did you buy online?
How is your satisfaction?
SWOT ANALYSIS
Since I am making an app that is not currently on the market,
So I did a swot analysis based on a lot of market research.
It's an unreleased app, so it's an advantage that there aren't many competing apps. It is also designed for convenient use.
Since the target is more clearly differentiated than other apps, it can bring growth of the online market if you do clear marketing.
USER PERSONA
The main target is young people who consume online, who are interested in luxury goods.
